We had our home for sale for 4 months with another Brokerage. Before hiring the next agents, we met with several agents and decided to hire the Hillis's.
As we were moving out of country, the home was vacant which is never recommended, hinders the selling process and makes for a greater challenge so we wanted to make sure we hired the right agent this time! It has been 31 years since we have ever thought about buying or selling real estate. We called in many real estate agents and the most impressive was Garry Hillis. The ease and clarification in the way he explained everything from the time the For Sale sign went up--until the signing of the sales agreement was outstanding. During one of the offers made on our house, Garry challenged the purchaser's agent with a specific technical term and clause that were not aware of--which turned out to be in our best interest.
